Summer is over, so is the testing…

The summer is almost over and I doubt that I will go to the sea side again this year so it’s time to lay down the results.
I wore the Mil-spec strap on the Seiko diver and the rolled canvas strap on the #1(my branded SUB-styled mod).

Both were worn all throughout the day, being in the sun, in the sea, washed with fresh water and in the sand.
The testing lasted for one week and I’m happy to report that everything went great. There are no damages or marks on them, no sign of tearing or breaking.

Unfortunately the weather was really windy so the sea got all restless and the visibility was poor because of the sand. So I didn’t get many chances to go snorkeling and doing some photoshoots.

But nevertheless, the straps were stressed out to the max and passed with flying colors πŸ˜‰

Rolled mil-spec canvas!

A dear customer of mine sent me a genuine vintage army duffel bag.

It even has a name written on the strap – Adams!

This bag will be recycled into rolled canvas straps. Combined with waxed nylon thread, they should be the most durable straps I can make :)

We’ll see how they will hold up as I have prepared a few rolled canvas straps for myself :)

I’m off to the seaside on a short vacation so I also tested my own watches to see if they like or dislike water.

They passed with flying colors. If you trust the testing chamber, I can dive to depths of more than 100m LOL

We’ll see, stay tuned πŸ˜‰

Simple wallet for your cards and cash. Like everything else, it can be done in various leather colors and stitching. It can be also done in canvas.
And ofc, custom engraving is available.
Just say the word πŸ˜‰

Rolled canvas prototype! :)

This is my first shot at making rolled canvas strap and I must say I’m pretty pleased how it turned out. Sure, the stitching is a bit crooked, the tail is frayed but since this is the first one, the next one will be perfectπŸ˜€
